Lizzy face-planted off of the swing today and banged up her face. She has been walking around the house mumbling "This is just embarrassing, no one will recognize me. I don't think I'll go to school tomorrow." She is so self conscious about the large scratch on her nose that she has decided a bright Scooby-Doo band aid would be less conspicuous.

Ahh yes, the old swing face plant. I'm sorry to admit that I might have seen this one coming after playing with the kids at the park when we came to visit. Sorry I didn't have more foresight!

This is the first swing injury I know of--such guilt when she was hurt on Gramma's swing.I must get DJ to install a softer landing area... LIzzy I love the choice of bandaid.
